I enjoyed the compact yet comfortable room layout, which included a queen bed and two single beds, perfect for my needs. Wifi worked well and was reliable throughout my stay. The bathroom, while compact, featured a powerful hot shower and provided good toiletries. However, I faced some inconveniences as the lift only goes to the 7th floor, leaving two flights of stairs to climb to my attic room. Additionally, the initial room I received was not great—being placed in a bunker outside the hotel was not a pleasant start, and the staff’s communication could have been better, especially in terms of friendliness and English proficiency. I found breakfast options limited. A few more food choices would significantly enhance the experience. Overall, the hotel is a good budget option with some drawbacks that could be addressed, especially in staff training and room allocations.
